My role for this particular piece was that of a Sports Presenter. For this, I had to write and edit the TV scripts in order to keep our TV broadcast concise and within the required time limits so that the broadcast didn’t overrun. This was the first time that I had presented before however I felt like despite my lack of experience in front of a camera I was confident and fulfilled the role to the best of my ability. Prior to this I also filmed the interview with Radcliffe Borough Chairman Paul Hilton after their stadium had been affected in a fire. As I am much more focused towards the Multimedia side of journalism as opposed to broadcast I felt that my broadcast pieces were of a respectable standard. I feel that despite my lack of experience presenting I was confident and delivered my speech clearly.
